I'm attracted to a woman's feet and used to wonder why until I started going bare foot/sandles more. A lot of people male and female commented on my feet. I've got very good athletic looking feet. So then I realized that I'm used to looking at my feet and anything that looks worse then my feet is a turn off.
So chances are that if you don't like feet then you probably have ugly feet yourself.
