u should set the pop-up animation a bit lower(change the X,Y coordinates so the Close button doesnt overlap the banner)
it seems like a good idea to have it the way u set it up right now...but if i was browsing that page..and 2 banners came on and i didnt see the exit button that was hidden within another banner.. i wouldnt stay long.
I'm not saying ur site is bad.. i just think u might attract more people if you are straight forward with the users.
