Does anyone know how to get stormpay to add/delete users from .htpasswd file?

the password file that is used by most webmasters is generally called .htpasswd. Most processors have scripts for this which is installed on server which allows credit card processor access to this file to add new users when they join to file and to delete them from file when they cancel.
Does anyone have a script like this. Stormpay has some stuff called IPN on website but I don't want to write my own script.Comment

that is interesting script, but is that just to manually add users to password file or what?
I'm looking for something that works with Stormpay and will automatically add users to password file on server when they signup.Comment
