Depends on which aspect of the internet you're talking about (it's specialized niches these days!).
If it concerns free speach, federal/interstate obscenity prosecution or first amendment rights, then it's Larry Walters you want (and I say that only because I meant him in person when we both appeared on a talk show together and he impressed the hell out of me!). If it's something to do with the entertainment side of the business (contracts, forms or such), then a local entertainment lawyer with internet experiance should do.
