                  They didnt invent anything they just patented a broad technology that was thought to be unique back in 1991 or whenever, but not the methods to make that technology work.

                          Their patents appear to make the claims that their technology was was not available before 1991, that's complete bullshit because I have several animation packages from 1980

                          Their claims about video compression is also complete bullshit because I have software from the 80's released as gnu public domain that employs well known compression techniques.

                          who gives a shit if its streaming or not the DOS pipe command will allow you to play any movie over a telephone line in real-time.

Who would have ever thought. back then. Most people thought it would be CRM not Dos that would rule, know I did hell the Jr. College I took some courses at had K-Pro's. Gods that was a looooong time ago. I use to do my homework on a XP and had a program that could convert it, so it would run on a CPM os

                                      Send these examples to the IMPA guys. Talk to Spike or the poeple in the group that's currently being sued by these nut cases..

                                      If prior art exists (which I think certainly does) then make sure the guys that need that information to fight this thing have it. Stop helping the plaintiffs by posting all of this info publicly.
