                  they're tricking teh surfers. but i think its legal promotion

                  such dialers are bad for the fair dialer industry. in germany ppl a re afraid of dialers and they're working on laws against such dialers.

                                  as i remember it might be promoted as free bc they didn't charge surfer for first minute or so, but next minutes are not free, that's the key
