If you are site owners study your accounts as Visa fined Ibill and so far only Ibill. That fine is being passed on to account holders These fines are small but add up as they are retrospectively fining most adult webmasters from June 2003 up until this month. I called Epoch and CCbill they as yet are not passing on fines because they so far have not been fined.
That may be a contributing fact to the downturn in revenue.
As yet this is not affecting affiliates only program and paysite owners who have Ibill accounts.Comment

My biggest Ibill cheque ever is for the Mar.22 date. Last was awesome too. But they are like 3-4 weeks behind right? But my sales in MArch have been fantastic with them.Comment
