The more important point for me is that perhaps Kobe's idea of "marriage" is even more meaningless than I thought, assuming that if he banged this chick (and we don't know for sure he did), then perhaps there are innumerable others.

That's a valid point. It's easy to judge the actions of others and say that this and that is so wrong. No one here knows what Kobe's life is really like, you can't just assume that, if he really did bang her, that he did it because he's a bad person.
