Sure does feel good! This is the 3rd place I've owned over here. The first was a place with the ex girlfriend. I did a ton of renos to the rancher that we had and shortly after that she decided that we should break up. I left without a hassle, and she was very sweet for packing up all my shit an putting in the garage while I was away for a weekend. lol Then I bought a Condo shortly after that, flipped it last summer and now I'm going into this place. I can hardly wait to see what the neighboors will say when they find out what I do for a living! lol

Most likely it was out in the middle of nowhere. (Note the 40acres.)

There are tons of places all over the country where you can get kick-ass houses for that kind of money... hell just take a look at Florida. A $200k house here in VA Beach would cost about $50k down there near Melbourne.
Go down to Miami though, and that same house would cost $500k, LOL
