I have given facts behind my belief, can you prove anything of your belief he had no weapons?
during gulf war II (sounds like a bad movie) he launched chinese silkworm missiles against kuwait, these weapons were prohibited under the U.N due to their ability to reach his neighbours, if he couldn't comply with a simple missile ban, do you believe he complied with the rest of the rules outlined to him by the U.N?
