a lot are... I hate the shit where they do things like weed stings ... where they make fake baggies of weed and go undercover and try selling dimes to people, and then arrest when they buy ... the fuckin cops need something better to do than that, I watched Cops once and saw them doing that, the cop practically forced it on people begging them to buy, then when they caved, arrested them.
