Yeah, she sounds a) unstable and b) manipulative. Either she's a flake who will never be happy with what you say, or she's trying to freak you out and 'punish' you for changing your mind at the last minute. I can't stand girls of either sort, personally. I'm sure you can find someone better than that.

Easiest advice I can offer about girls that age is to basically tell them:

Within few days they'll be doing "anything" to get you back ;p

See if you reject them, they figure you must have something better going on and their female competitiveness won't allow them to come in second ;p......It works most times =)
