          A company that goes bankrupt cannot legally keep its trademarks, the trademarks are considered Defunct once the bankruptcy papers go through.

              with a brand name that legendary Penthouse ain't going away, somebody will buy it out of bankruptcy. Great potential for it once the creditors are taken care of.

              RB who owns Razor should definitely be sniffing around that.

                                                  But Penthouse has gone ultra hard-core. These days, the extreme close-ups of Penthouse?s pictorials seem more appropriate for a medical manual, and the live-action sex scenes are as graphic as anything available.
                                                  Been a long time since I've read a Penthouse. Did they really go this route ?

                                                  I use to like Penthouse videos.
