Hey Lightning i run a tgp on porncitys paid hosting and I know that would pay for a service that would remotely host a top refferal list.
It would make trades very easy and I dunno id pay anywere between 20-30 a month for it.
Plus a 200-300 dollar setup fee.
Btw get discover as a credit card for you merchants account. A lot of tgp webmasters know nothing about cgi scripts and do want something like this.
