I love these billing companies (PSW)
Just got a notice from PSW about new policies in regards to 1% chargeback rule.
The email had a link to this smart article:

Dear John and Cynthia, every time I think of fraud I picture another smart soprano spagetti fucker forgetting to run somebody's rebills as it happened with most of Your russian webmasters a year ago when IPSP rules came.
