Any video page guru's want to offer some advice please?!?!

I want to have onepage in my Member's area (video page) that has several links to video clips (4 each of hi/low/mpeg). So basically I have 3 sets of 4 videos of different formats.

I would like the user to be able to click on a link for example the low-b/w clip #1 and the video player loads that clip in the same page. Then if they click on clip #2 that clip would load and play.

I can only find references to single video per page applications which would lead me to believe that I would need a total of 9 pages for the different options. 4 pages for the low-b/w clips, 4 for the hi-b/w and one page with download links for the mpeg files.

Am I missing something somewhere or overlooking a linking option or?.?.?.?

    Thanks,
    Bill

    Using frames would work

EDIT: Sorry, I read that wrong. Using frames you would still need the 9 pages. However, it would clean it up a tad.

Is that the only way? I was trying to avoid that for fear of more user issues.

EDIT - Just saw your edit
