You've all made me reconsider my view on this matter.
I've reconsidered and I have decided that the world would probably miss a few Iraqi's that starved to death about as much as you'd miss some old socks.
Now instead of running over cars, how about the business end of an Apache at the town square instead. If nobody's alive, nobody's looting. Problem solved.
