Don't be a fuckwit, don't do it. If the freehosts can't display advertising, then they can't make any money, which means that they can't stay open. The host goes down and everybody loses out.
Any good free host will have referrer protection anyway, meaning that unless the referrer is porncity.net for example, then the image won't be displayed and traffic will be send to an advertising page. In addition to that, they'll have 404 pages. If they don't have referrer protection and they catch you cheating them, then they'll simply delete your images and all your thumb clicks will go to their ad page.
