what the fuck is happening to gfy. its totally fuckedup.

well..this is what should have come up:


whe we were in Vegas for the convention my hubby spent some time on the casino floor because, as some of you know, he is in a wheelchair and so the journey back and forth wasn't always easy for him. When he was on the floor he met a young woman who was also in a chair.

She was from the Vegas area and was being taken out for a treat as she had just been taken out of hospital. She is 22 and had a major car accident when she was 18 and her new husband died in the accident. She was left paralyzed from the waist down and left on a breathing tube. Her and hubby got to talking and she was really down. She asked him how he found friends,etc. He told her about the internet.

She said she wasn't on the 'net and he gave her his yahoo name and said he would connect her with a disabled chat group.

Well, she messaged him when we got back to the UK and they have chatted a good deal. She dissapeared for a while and he was really scared that she had ..well died. However, two days ago she messaged him out of nowhere. She had blacked out and was put into hospital for a month and the first thing she did when she came out was message my hubby.

She has been blacking out and she forgets things easily. For example, she didn't know who her mom was the other day. Well, last night she was up really late her time and saying she couldn't sleep. Eventually he talked her into getting some rest.

Anyway, a few hours ago he had a message from her mom. She found her laying on the floor and when she woke her up she was blind. On the way to the hospital in the ambulance at the moment.

Sorry..needed a bit of a vent. Moral of the story: no matter how crappy you think things are today..you didn't wake up blind, paralysed and in a beautiful 22 year olds body.
