How can Acacia Media have a patent on all audio/video compression and then require companies to buy a license from them?
Why is Mircosoft or ESPN or any other mainstream company not in the news regarding this problem? Why does it seem that they are going after adult webmasters only?

What effect do you think the new visa 1% rule will have on the pay per sign up model. To this point we've only seen small changes by a few programs, do you see more changes coming?
Do you think VISA and/or Mastercard will ever kill automatic rebilling for adult sites? And if so how would that affect the current affiliate/sponsor model?

Alrighty. I've got a question. As you already know, i'm slowly (too damn slowly!) working on my affiliate program. I've come to a point where i'm setting up the financial back end of it all. I've got two options. I handle everything from here, in Australia. If i send cheques to webmastes in the US, they're gonna have to wait up to 5 weeks (unlikely, but possible) for them to clear. Wire transfer is the only fast option available.
Or, i can incorporate in the US. I don't know much about that kind of thing though. Is it difficult to handle affairs such as paying affiliates and accounting from overseas? Do you have any advice? Also, should i go with the second option, what's a porn friendly bank to go with?
