If it's a recur NO cos I'd depend on recur billing to make the most of my money. If it's a PPS? Still NO cos most likely they'd be making money only by cheating.
I promote sites that look good from the outside. If I hear from my members or others that the site sucks, then i'll stop promoting them.
Amateurs are a different story. Its okay if they dont have tons of content, the guys join for them. But, if I want to promote a site that wants 40 bucks for a membership, they better have something thats worth that amount.
Thats y i like my site so much, It may not be the prettiest site, but its real, the members area is awesome, I have spent 2 years redesinng and redoing to get it where it is today, I have learned so much, pretty dont sell but surfer friendly does *shrugs* The way I look at it im given 50% to 60% to the webmasters and if they can not sell my site well something is wrong, I have tons of newbies trying to push my site and they do very well imo, Never had a chargeback, Allways helping the members that ask for help I run tons of polls to get their input etc... So the topic is kinda of flakey imo, If the site is ugly I mean real ugly but it converts why not send traffic to it?
If they are scamming etc.. I would understand this, but if its legit and they have everything they say they have on the tour inside the members area then push some traffic to it, test it and never know you maybe able to quit burger King
A majority of the sites I promote I would never consider joining myself since they're too cookie cutter. But i'm in this business to make the highest profit, so to answer your question, yes I would.

would u still push it to ppl?
@chowda ..If it sells and surfers sign-up..keep promoting it..You have to judge a site through the "Eyes" of a surfer...not a Webmaster.

I would not suggest using a large quantity of sites found on ARS than. The sites look neat from the outside, but have less content than a freesite inside.
There is a high payout per sign up that I promote that has a nice looking tour. The members area is large but not much of the content is related to the niche it is supposed to be. Just a bunch of plug ins and content from the programs other sites. It converts easily and makes me money so I push it. If it were recurring I wouldn't even consider selling it.

wtf are you talking about crackhead? you seen one of their members sections lately?
