You're right for refund, for chargeback - you can make charge back, but need to explain your reasons to do that - fraud, rebilling without your agreement and etc...

Plus that chargeback is bad for both sides - customer and sponsor....

What I don't understand is how someone could actually call up their credit card company and say "I was charged $29.99 by the website 'Dirty Cum Drinking Sluts' without my authorization". I think that I'd just rather take the loss rather than the embarassment.
