I saw your site. I was doing a "picture search" through
google -- yes pictures are important. I'm an artist too.
I was looking for pictures of roses <img src="http://www.billybear4kids.com/stereogram/pictures/rose.jpg">
and I found that. A magic eye trick. Wow so original. It was pixelated, red, and I see something -- like a
tank? I have no idea what it is yet. But I don't think it's a rose. What is it? Anyway, I'm wondering if you
do this
fulltime or if it's something that you see yourself doing long
into the future. I really want to work on bringing together
an information culture -- that's open... a friendly community
of people with idealistic goals for the future -- through the
use of web technology. Personally I come from way back through
the first IBM plant that rolled out the first IBM PC -- yet I'm
only 27. I see the direction of this whole deal and I've been
right there from the beginning -- all the way from the fucking
fridge-sized mainframes that could barely render text -- to
the present. I've seen the Mac culture, the Amiga culture, the Linux guys - - the BBS scene -- all of it man...
What
comes next is the dot bomb survivors -- us -- we survive it day
to day. Paypal is our lifeline for now. I think that's why
they are squeezing out the adult element now -- Visa/Mastercard
are working with the feds to clean up the internet. Anyway
I'm going to survive this shit no matter what happens just because
I have so much experience and such a fantastic mind -- and my
homeboys from the adult internet will survive too -- we have
the resources to stick with this shit fulltime at whatever cost --
adult or no adult. What we are sitting on is not just a treasure
chest of money -- forget that -- what we have now is a different
way of living -- work in your underwear a few hours a day and give back to the community the rest of the day --
hang out with
friends -- do what we like to do -- protect the environment, support good music, whatever -- I don't know or care
what you do
man but I just wanted to touch base with you to see if you were a cool person. That rose graphic really made an
impression on me.
