Of course I am, hes in breach of contract right now, He broke his own contarct he sent me, my lawyer said wait 30 more days til Aug 1, then hes finished.

Yeah, my lawsuit is finally being filed after giving him ample time to settle, which he didn't. I guess he doesn't take slander and liable very seriously. He thinks he can say someone in the business has AIDS when they don't, and walk away clean. Haha! I'm right there with ya' Joe (AMA).

I just see Serge posting links to his board almost every day so that made me think it was not so bad. I was wrong. I get plenty of traffic from GFY simply by contributing to this community and I was wrong for getting greedy and posting a link to my message board.

I read in plain English on your rules page that posting a link such as this is a big NO NO. Now I am banned and it sort of really sucks. If you are gracious enough to unban me I promise you that I will be one of your premier members always contributing and helping newbies and giving away free stuff and not spamming.

In conclusion Mr Lensman, please accept my sincerest apology for crossing the line, for disrespecting you and the GFY establishment and my fellow GFY?ers as well. I can assure you that this will not happen again and from this point on and into the future I will follow your rules and regulations by the letter.
