Seriously, I lost 15lbs in the first 2 weeks when I started my Atkins diet. I've been off of it for about 3 months and haven't gained back a single pound. I have been working out 5 times a week and eating balanced meals so that is probably why I didn't blow up after getting back onto carbs. If you want to lose weight fast simply cut carbs out of your diet and you'll shed pounds fast but be careful when you start eating carbs again...you'll blow up like Juicy's head.

LOL - it's a healthy version of the Atkins diet. Less fat, and more "good" carbs. My sister is on it and has lost 22 lbs in 4 weeks.
