always eat 3 meals a day. your stomach is like a furnace. the more good foods you put in, its going go burn, drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day, i suggest you get fish oil and green tea which is really good, go for a half hour walk. and do whatever other excersises. on a regular day chicken breasts and salads, like i said its a total change of lifestyle cutting out all the garbage. you want a change.
