MY problem isnt that I like to eat, afterall I eat once a day and i am no longer hungry. I dont eat a lot with this one meal either.
Ususally I eat baked chicken with some veggies. (1 piece of chicken and a spoonfull of green beans)
I dont like sweets so thatsnot an issue. I guess I will have to try to double up on my exercize.
