Day one of my diet/changes.
I got up at 7am, stretched and got on the treadmill for 15 min, then drank 2 8 ounce glasses of water. Im ready to eat breakfast but not sure what to have. Should I just have something simple like a health shake or should I cook something?
Oh...id like to thank you all for your suggestions and ideas. Im gonna try eating small meals, excersizing and sleeping at a normal time.
