I can't believe people advising for quick fixes. You'll be back to the same problem in a few months.
Find some exercice you like (running, swiming, playing tenis, whatever...) that you'll do on the long run and start doing it 3 times a week for about an hour each time.
Continue to eat what you like (but you'll see you'll avoid more and more sugar and fat...) and you're going to lose weight.
