Drink lots of water. Just water, water, water - no sodas! Excercise first before you eat. Stay away from junk, sweets, and salty food. Eat crackers when you're hungry. Don't eat rice. eat little meals spread out in one day. Dance your heart out, or join a class. It burns more calories than walking or running, it's more fun too.

You'll lose 5-10 pounds in a week or so.
