Heather, the Atkins plan may well help, like you I was eating 1 meal a day then I took up a bet to prove to someone that Atkins wouldn't work, I went from one 'healthy' meal a day to eating 3 times a day on 'unhealthy' food and never felt better, the pouonds just dropped off - it may be worth a try.
ps if you follow it you will keep it off, won't stink and according to my blood work over the last 8 months it is healthy
