    Flash movies

Hey guys I've recently bought Flash mx and have some basics down of animating still images but can't seem to work out how to do video clips. Like the one in AMP's sig of the "OWNED surfer" that sort of small video is what I really need to learn how to do for my new design and I can't seem to work it out.

Anyone care to share some experience? or know of a good tutorial for it?

    Cheers ;)
