My Recommendation:
1) A lot of water
2) Stacker3 - wait aprox an hour for it to kick in
3) 1-3 Hours of cardio [you will sweat a bucket]
4) 1/2 Hour of weight training ... better firm than flabby

never lift weights after cardio, that can be dangerous, depending how intense you are....always lift before to drive your metabolism up, then cardio and you'll sweat twice as mucha nd burn like made...it's great and healthier.
