I never heard of this.
My Recommendation:
1) A lot of water
2) Stacker3 - wait aprox an hour for it to kick in
3) 1-3 Hours of cardio [you will sweat a bucket]
4) 1/2 Hour of weight training ... better firm than flabby
BTW: Post some pictures, we might be able to better assist you judging from your current shape/figure.
