No, it's not healthy, but thats what you asked for, I can lose up to 15 pounds in two days if I want (Mostly water ofcourse), it's all about learning about your body and how to control it in different ways, your body works different than mine obviously, so experiment.
But serious, eat healthy, salads with chicken, cheese, water, and workout atleast, ATLEAST 1.5 hours a day...you'll lsoe the weight for good instead of gaining it all back like every other way does, trust me I know...Just workout and keep being positive to yourself, don't be scared to congratulate yourself and after awhile you'll love working out...
