I've got carpal tunnel in both wrists actually, won't mention how I got it...
The Logitech keyboards and mouse make a big difference, also using a touchpad instead of a mouse helps alot, takes some getting used to but it does work as well, sometimes better then the mouse. It helps alot if your desk surface is at the right height.
I think we'll all be blind as bats before our wrists go, anyone know if the flat screens are better for your eyes?
