yeah Hollywood is depressing -- but some of it's actually cool -- I like depressing shit sometimes -- I found this place called TAIX Lounge 1911 Sunset... The last two times I went there I heard some really good music -- mostly guitar stuff (a lot of acoustic) but they have bands play there also (not like heavy metal I don't think though, but the stuff still rocked) -- it's a French Restuarant/bar inside this really old building -- looks like a fucking funeral home sortof but it's really old and pretty cool. Wednesday night is open mic night -- a lot of people play there, but there weren't too many girls there that time I went, but it was still cool. I wouldn't go back there on a wednesday again probably though -- when you get too many male musicians in one room the gay factor starts to be a little too much.
I'm going to check it out again this Friday probably unless I find something better to do. One of the girls that sang -- I swear she gave me a boner -- she practically whispered the entire song in a real raspy voice -- she just had that voice -- you know? Anyway she was wasted and couldn't play guitar worth shit -- it was like her hands were so delicate they couldn't even hold down the strings -- but every guy's tongue (except the fags) and girl's pussy in that place was wet for her -- it's like "feeding time"! haha almost seems funny but you wouldn't be lauging trust me.
Still looking for that trashy bar w/ rickety stools, cheap sexy women, cheap yummy beer and lots of smoke... too bad CA has that smoking law. In Gainesville, FL we had really great bars -- always packed w/ gorgeous college girls and lots of cheap beer. Man I miss it!
Anyway I have my map -- off to estudio city por favor!
