                                        Yet another instance/reason why states should require that the elderly retake their drivers licenses when reaching a certain age.

                                        A person I had went to school with was struck and killed my an elderly man. It took a pull-over by the local police before the man knew he had hit this guy and drug his body down the road for 3 miles.

                                        We won't let a 5 year old drive but we will a 95 year old. Go figure.
