Anyone been fucked over by these losers? I was promoting them for a fair while and going well. Then they changed servers, and updated their database. That was fair enough until I found my account was gone, I have sent plenty of please explain emails and gotton no resonse. I would like to hear from anyone who promotes or has promoted these people.

I promote myself Insite Adult for practically a year now. We have been through problem on getting my checks. But it was all about delivery. I contacted them and had always a good response. At some points they even sent my check by FeDex to be sure that I receive it.
I think that Insite Adult is a good company. Give them a chance. Try to reach them again. Maybe your account mangaer is in vacation or sick. And also the folk at Insite are always on this board, so I'm sure someone will answer you hear. Don't worry about it.Ozzy -
I would echo those statements, Ozzy... Insite Adult is on the top shelf in terms of professionalism and customer support for surfers and webmasters alike.
Darkhorse I'm sure yours is an isolated incident, if it can be classified as an incident at all. Insite has indeed recently upgraded it's webmaster interface and stats (I konw, I have been promoting them since 1999), and they may be feeling the small bumps in the road associated with such an upgrade.

Insite sucks when it comes to making prompt deliveries, however regarding the move I did get an email from Samantha regarding the new stats and the fact that some webmasters were having trouble accessing their accounts.

This is Bobby R from Insite Adult. We have been going through many software and database upgrades over the last week or so. These upgrades will not only provide our affiliates faster and more complete statistics but they set the stage for a number of new and exciting products to be released in the coming weeks and months.
As with any substantial software upgrade there are going to be a few minor roadblocks. Insite Adult did send out an e-mail explaining the situation to our webmasters. We also explained that if it appeared as though your information was not being displayed correctly or you were having login problems that you could contact us and we would immediately look into the issues.
As for your account being shut down, the only reason that would ever happen is for not following the rules and regulation set down in our terms and conditions. Most of the webmaster complaints and issues end up in my e-mail box and I do not remember hearing anything from a Darkhorse, nor does it show as an account name in our system. I have sent you a private e-mail asking for your account info and I assure you if you are on file as an active or inactive affiliate that Insite will quickly get to the bottom of all your issues.BobbyR

The only reason I'm going off about this is, I signed up just before the upgrade. Made a few good TGP's, submitted them and have gotten some good traffic out of it. And when I went to check my stats, it wouldn't let me. I have sent a few emails and gotton no response, this is sad as I thought they were a good company.
My brother who runs a few TGP sites includingHorny Girl Horny Guy. Has promoted them and hasn't had a problem, all I want is a little customer service.

We just started doing sizeable business with InsiteAdult and so far everything has been smooth on Insite's side. Bob is a pro and even cut us slack when WE had problems with SoulCash Ver. 2 (NOTE: Never wrap a deal while a new rev. of you program is in beta).

Insite has always been a class act. I once had a problem with a check going to an old address which eventually got forwarded by the postal service, but it had passed it's expiration date and I contacted Insite and a new check was sent out immediately.Comment

lets all be honest here insite has had probelms sending out checks even since i started useing them when they came out with their 4free sites.All the people who are not haveing probelms getting checks on time are other large program operators, but for the average guy sending 20 email joins a day to them you have to always email them to get your checks out .Search the boards you will find others have had probelms..I will admit that when you do get in contact with them they will fedex out your check but why should any webmaster have to email or chat with someone on icq to get paidComment

Insite has had tons of problems sending out webmaster payments on a timely basis. I'm constantly finding posts on other boards about not receiving a check. I used them for a year and had to constantly email and bug them to send my check. Then after bouncing 2 checks, I no longer had the patience to deal with them and stopped promoting their programs. They were always quick to replace checks, but to say they run a professional operation just simply isn't true. I could never figure out if they were in a cash crunch and were trying to string out webmaster payments or their accounting dept was completely disorganized, I suspect it was the former.Originally posted by bigdog

You DO have to hassle them to send out smaller checks. I'm talking $20ish a day here
They do send them in the end, and fedex too, but shit man they should be sent out properly the first time. I never have to hassle other 4free program owners for their payments.

thanks its about time they are exposed casue i have a feeling the big guys always get paid on time cause they are trading taffic with them, but the little guys they just tend to not send them checks. It hard to not think its deliberate casue this has been going on for more then a yearComment

ah thanks for reminding me it's time to email them asking where my money is again.
Once a month or sometimes every 2 months I email them and say "I'm sure I met the minimum by now, my account is *** and I haven't received a check in awhile. Can I get paid now?
I NEVER hear back from them but the check usually arrives in a week or so.
I don't even bother to see if I made the minimum payout anymore. If they can't take the time to send a check, I'm not taking the time to figure out when I got the last check, how much I've made since then, etc. They can figure that out themselves.
I've been promoting them for a long time, probably a year and only ONE TIME have I recieved a check without badgering them for it! I now only promote them with a few links on a tgp I own and I'm ready to take that down and replace it with a 4 free site that pays me without me having to contact them first.
Their movie site WAS doing well for me, 1:15 and under, that's why I left their link up, however now that I look I'm doing 1:107!! Holy shit! Guess I gotta watch my stats more geesh maybe they don't owe me any money this month! Looking back seems the ratios have doubled each month for the past few months. FreePassBucks Here I come!Comment
