    how much would a short hosting domain with pr3 be worth?

    I have a hosting site (actually I have 2) ... one is non-adult one is, I havent really tried promoting the adult one and only host a couple clients through it, and because of the type of specializing I do with the non-adult one, its just a waste of time and traffic for me to continue with the adult one, so how much do you think it would be worth if I sell it, and would you be interested in it? It gets around 25 typein/se/resource hits a day, and has a PR3, so to a host with lots of features and abilities it may be a decent asset ...

              eh, just dont want my few clients to get scared that I wanna sell the domain (cus I'd still host them through the other hosting co as an adult exception) ... but what the hell, its lusthost.com

                          99% of sites created with a few inbound links have a PR 5 after one update. That's the easy part. The real hard part is getting from a PR 5 to a 6. Seems small, but it's one massive leap. Then to a 7 is even more complicated. 8 is practically impossible. 9 is impossible. In any case - I am simply stating anything less than a Page Rank of 6 is pretty much worthless in regard to PR.

                              thats what it seemed like a year or 2 ago, but it doesnt seem to be the case now ...
