www.traffic-out.com (last I saw they were back ordered) but they are around the same prices as the others and have 2-3x the quality of traffic.

I use (or have used and will use again) Sexzity, Choker, Traffic-Out, FPC Traffic, Adultmongers, Traffic for Sale, and Adult Site Trafffic.
The best quality in my experience comes from Traffic-Out - the only drawback is that the volume is limited.
I've found Chokers traffic brokers page to be a pretty good guide as to what performs Top Traffic Brokers
