      There is no single good provider of bandwidth. A good isp will have connections to more then one provider for redundancy. Don't trust anyone who is selling you pure bandwidth from a single provider.

          It's true every other host will tell you that they have the best bandwith available and they share that with a bunch of others...

                              Internap, Peer1, and few others. These type of providers seem to have the best performance because they have several of the top providers in their mix. Internap includes UUnet, Sprint, Verio, Level3, GBLX and more. You will find it more expensive. You get what you pay for.
