your diet should be carbohydrates, protein, and fat in proportion 50%/35%/15% respectively
multiply your current weight times 10
whatever you come up is how much you need to consume daily just to keep your current weight.
to gain a pound per week, you need to add 500 calories extra every single day of the week. eating 3500 extra calories per week should gain you approximately 1lb......
