That doesn't matter.. It's adult oriented material (SWOIT is an ADULT website and they DO NOT WANT TO BE ACCESSED BY CHILDREN). Your forum is one that young girls would likely frequent. Having a link to a website that outlinks to an adult website is misleading, and believe me, Swoit HAS been informed. It's up to them to do something about it now.

Question: Does this include the banners that are on other sites like http://horseforums.com the banner at the bottom ... how old is the girl in that picture? Is she old enough to be on a banner that leads directly to an adult website ?

Do you know it is illegal to link to an adult website using a kids picture ? That is considered child porn.
