Plastic surgeons are still outta my price range and confidence kinda comes "after" you're able to get laid at will... not before.
I'm of the opinion that you can only fake confidence to a point. I mean, if you can't hold a conversation... much less seem totally confident while doing it, then no amount of acting classes will help.
