Okay, so I went and had a look at this "sexecucation.com" site. I must say, truthfully it is a dog's breakfast. Huge-assed font for some reason, maybe for the sight-impaired? Much of what is written there looks to be nonsense and gibberish, many of his sentences aren't even a complete thought. I'm not sure how one can present themself as being a *teacher* or have anything to do with education when he can't even express a coherent thought. Why a surfer would be motivated to whip out their CC over a goofy page like that is beyond me.

I am referring to a business model of opening up SexEducation.com ... and then advertising my other websites like AdultSexTechniques.com. My current thinking is - this may not be possible if I wish to continue discussing the adult industry - which I have not decided either.

The way I am reading things about "fair use" is that one of the major criteria is if you profit from the inclusion of someone elses graphics on your website.

So ... my previous "file server" which was programmed to block specific videos and graphics from showing in articles - which Parents found inappropriate for the "maturity" level of their teens - could be construed to be a "gallery" ... but to me it was a "content filter" ...

However, I am thinking that if I screen captured - and included the entire web browser screen - which also - included the graphic I am discussing/critiquing or making comments about - this would raise my "fair use" of graphics contained on other websites.

In a sense, that would be like a photographer taking a picture of a monitor ...

I am getting a handle on this rather quickly ...
What you don't know - is I am a quick study.

I just want to point out - that I have NOT decided yet what I am going to do ....

This is just a discussion of "fair use" and how an online magazine critiquing the adult industry can be done ...
