The retention is where the money is - 6-9 months on average.
Now if you get sign ups from a straight sites to a gay sites the retention is about 3-5 months.
My pet peeves:
Tranny content is not gay niche its a straight niche, anything with tits is not gay.
Always make sure you have a gay designer look over any of your gay sites. The average gay surfer can tell when a site hasn't been designed by a gay person. Which kills your retention and conversions.
