15 lbs of Pork Spare Ribs...
.75 quarts of Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 cup white vinegar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 whole yellow onion
1 clove garlic
salt/pepper to taste.
mix liquid's, chop garlic/onion...marinate ribs overnight...grill on an open flame. Add 10 good friends, 3 cases of beer and the warmth of a spring evening. Enjoy.
