Make A Fucking List

do the cc processors make lists of all the fuckers that charge back and then refuse transactions from them in the future? If no why not? if yes do they share it with the other companies if no why not ?The should pop up a window saying your card will not be processed due to previous and possibly fraudulent charge backs. Also are there any rules about how many times a company will let you chargeback for services. How easy is the chargeback process? Shouldn?t we be given the opportunity to prove that we provided the service with our user logs before they just give them their money back for bitching?
