Alot of webmasters have or had a few tricks up their sleeves in regards to getting traffic.

As we all know, Biancas will be out of business May 11.

I rented a message board from them for $18 per year. I disabled the message board feature and just set up a page of links to my BEST sponsors and top list.

I hosted my gif banners at geocities for free.

This trick got me over 40,000 hits to date. Just when I realized I had a good thing and was ready to set up a few more, they go out of business.

Oh well...I still have alot more tricks going.

Anybody have any tricks they used in the past that no longer work?
